3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your inspection, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Limitation of Liability
Sullivan CIS is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the inspection service.

5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Harris County.
